With a background in retail sales and over a decade of owning and operating restaurants in the area, he’s always had a passion for serving people & making a difference. Real estate allows him to do both everyday by helping businesses and property owners achieve their goals in this vibrant community. Andrew lives in Athens with his wife, Alexis, and daughter, Stella. When they’re not enjoying the great outdoors through hiking and travel, you can find them exploring the local restaurant scene or enjoying a fun night out in town. Outside of work, he’s into anything music, golf, or staying fit at his “home gym” Core Blend Training, and, of course, food.

    Her passion for investment and property management grew while building her personal rental portfolio, and now, she's bringing that expertise to the commercial side of real estate.

    Janet’s dedication to her community is unmatched—she's not just an agent but a proud advocate for Athens and the surrounding areas. When she's not hustling for her clients, you can find her dominating the pickleball court or spending time with her daughter Luna and their dog Nikko.
